Engineer Abdulaziz Danladi Sarki, a one time Nasarawa State assembly member elected in 2019 to represent Keffi East has decided to move his political profile by seeking to be elected as candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress, (APC). to represent Keffi, Kokona and Karu Federal Constituency in the forthcoming election in 2023.
Abdulaziz, who was first elected under the platform of the Social Democratic Party, later defected to joined the All Progressives Congress, said his drive to seeking election for the position of the Federal house of Representatives is to enable him expand his scope of support for grass root development in the three local government areas.
He spoke on Wednesday in Keffi to Apex News Exclusive crew adding that his experience as member in the state house of assembly in the past three years has motivated him and exposed him to what true democracy means.
“This is why I am eyeing the green carpet chamber of the national assembly which has better offer and opportunities for the over all interest of my people.
“This is why I am seeking the good will of my people to be able to give them vibrant representation if elected into the House of Representatives,” he said.
