41 APC councillors in southern Kaduna nominate executives, vow to break cycle of mistrust

Aim at ensuring capacity development of young candidates for elective and appointed positions and to ensure councillors political participation is meaningful and effective beyond underrating gestures, the forty-one All Progressives Congress (APC) Southern Kaduna Councillors Forum nominated her executives in the meeting held at the Council Chamber of Jema’a Local Government Secretariat in Kafanchan.
The forum is also to break the cycle of skepticism and mistrust by ensuring that councilors develop the skills acquired during the seminars successfully and
effectively interact with the political elite of the party as nudging the political elite toward providing unprecedented
avenues and space for party councillors in leadership roles and positions.
Armstrong Lucksam Maichibi(Jema’a LGA) and Hon. Zakari from Sanga LGA were nominated as the Chairman and Vice Chairman with Clement Galadima from Kachia LGA as the Secretary.
Others include Kande Ibrahim (Sanga LGA) as Women leader, Idris Umar (Kauru LGA) as Financial Secretary and
Hosea Musa (Kaura LGA) as the Legal Adviser.
Suleman Babylon (Z-Kataf LGA) emerged as Auditor, Dogo Zakaria (Jaba LGA), Organising Secretary; Danlami Akoti (Kagarko LGA) as Treasurer and Hamisu Umar (Kauru LGA) as the forum’s PRO.
Also, Suleiman Ibrahim (Jema’a LGA) emerged as Assistant Secretary while Matthew A. Zaki (Kachia LGA) as Assistant Organizing Secretary as well as Yakubu Adams (Sanga LGA) as Assistant PRO.
