National chairmanship: APC chieftain says Senator Almakura’ll unite, restore hope to party

With less than ten days to the All Progressives Congress schedule National Convention, a chieftain of the party has appealed to critical stakeholders to consider Senator Umaru Tanko Almakura’s ambition to becoming the National Chairman.
Nonso David Ezedinma state his reasons for the appeal in three areas where he pointed out that the immediate past governor of Nasarawa State, Senator Almakura could play which will retain the party in power come 2023.
He said Senator Almakura’s ambition is in line with his commitment to the party, adding that he is capable of restoring hope among party members.
He also said Senator Almakura has demonstrated capacity in various national assignments leading to electoral victory in some states.
“I am optimistic that if elected as chairman of the party, Almakura will not only restored hope amongst party supporter but will ensure that the factions that exist in the ruling APC are maximally tackle.
“Talking about others who are in the same race,I can tell you without equivocation that there is no need for comparison,as Almakura is a politician with newer ideas on how a party administration should be.He is more vibrant and he is one man who is out to render service”, he said.
Nonso further explained that Senator Almakura is emotionally intelligent and has what it takes to move the party to producing the next President in the 2023 general elections.
