Adamawa Governor Fintiri swears in chairmen of BPP, FRC, member

Adamawa State Governor Ahmadu Fintiri Wednesday swore into office Chairman Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP), Mr. Yakubu Ngbale, as well as Chairman and member of the Fiscal Responsibility Commission, Alhaji Kabiru Muhammad Bakari and Alhaji Adamu Chagwa.

Speaking during the ceremony that held in his office in Yola, Governor Fintiri congratulated the appointees and charged them to work hard and Justify the oath, they have taken for the interest of Adamawa and the people.

In a statement by Muhammad Bakari Tukur, Senior Special Assistant on New Media to the Governor, Fintiri reminded the appointees on the task ahead and urged them to work in tandem with the policies of the present administration which is aimed at reforming the service sector for improved productivity.

Responding on behalf of those swore in, BPP chairman, Mr Ngbale thanked Governor Fintiri for the confidence reposed in them and pledged to justify it through dedication to duty.

He said they will remain loyal and supportive to the present administration and told the Governor to count on them while they will do everything possible objectively in their various offices to ensure that the present administration deliver on its promises.

Highlight of the event was administering the oath of office and allegiance on the appointees by the Attorney General and Commissioner of Justice Barrister Afraimu Jingi.
