According to him, “I have 2 of your members as part of the EXCO of the Convention, these are two are doing well and representing you well. I am very comfortable working with them because they are the engine rooms of the Convention”.
The NBC President then urged the Deacons Fellowship not to relent in their efforts to make the Convention bigger and better by contributing to the growth and development of Convention.
Earlier in his brief remarks, National Chairman of Deacons Fellowship, Deacon Prof Sunday P. Olaleye described the NBC President, Rev Dr Israel Akanji as the leader God will use to accomplish the greatness of the Nigerian Baptist Convention.
