Haruna Yunusa Danyaya, the 17th Emir of Ningi

Bauchi State Governor, Senator Bala Mohammed has approved the appointment of Alhaji Haruna Yunusa Muhammadu Danyaya as new Emir of Ningi.
The appointment letter was conveyed by the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Barrister Ibrahim Kashim who led a delegation to Ningi Emir’s Palace on Sunday, Eight days after the death and burial of the late Emir, Yunusa Danyaya.
He congratulated the new Emir for the appointment and urged him to discharge his responsibilities in the best interest of his subjects.
Until his appointment as the new Emir of Ningi, Haruna Yunusa Muhammadu Danyaya was the District Head of Ningi.
Alhaji Danyaya applied for the position alongside twenty two other contenders.
