Benue Sports Marketing, Lottery Board visits Lagos to attract investors

A delegation from the Benue State Sports Marketing and Lottery Board (BSSMLB), led by Executive Secretary Hon. Michael Uper, has arrived in Lagos State Monday on an investment drive.

The Lagos visit aims to strengthen partnerships with existing investors and attract new ones to Benue State’s sports, gaming, and lottery sector.

This was contained in a statement by Manasseh Akawe, Media Assistant to the Executive Secretary, BSSMLB.

The delegation will engage with key stakeholders, including gaming and betting companies such as Betniaja and Betking, to explore better opportunities for collaboration and growth.

The Executive Secretary of BSSMLB, Hon. Uper emphasized that the visit showcases Benue State’s investment potential and aims to attract new investors to the sports, gaming and lottery sector.

Hon. Uper who expressed optimism that the visit will yield positive outcomes, enhancing the state’s economy and creating jobs for its youths, stated that investment drive aligns with Governor Hyacinth Iormem Alia’s administration policies, which focus on promoting economic growth and development in the state.

The BSSMLB is committed to creating an enabling environment for sports and gaming businesses to thrive, and this visit demonstrates its efforts to achieve this goal. By attracting investments, the board seeks to promote local sports development, community engagement, and enhance revenue generation.
