Christians have been admonished to always give with joy as no sacrifice goes unrewarded.
Rev. Father Maurice Hassan gave the admonition in a Homily to Nigerian Christian pilgrims during the morning Mass at Tiberias in Israel on Tuesday.
According to him, the tithes Christians pay, sacrifices made and whatever is done for the salvation of God will not go without reward.
Rev. Father Hassan said Christians should know the beauty of giving and should not bribe the Lord but offer with joy of the Lord.
He said no sacrifice without reward and with God all things are possible.
Later in the general morning devotion, Rev. Canon Daniel Tsado Ndagi of St. Bathlomewow, Diocese of Bida, Anglican Communion, prayed for pilgrims to achieved their heart’s desires.
