The Plateau District Church Councils (DCC) Fellowship of the Evangelical Church Winning All (ECWA) has expressed concern over the recent attack on Plateau State Governor, Simon Lalong.
Vehicles in his entourage were hit and some of their windscreen smashed.
Lalong went to sympathize with the internally displaced persons who were victims of the recent violence in Barkin Ladi and Riyom local government areas of the state.
The church made its position known in a communiqué signed by the Chairman, Rev. Dr. David Laje and the Secretary, Rev. Sylvanus Mato Tozy.
The condemned the attack noting that it could compound the problem already faced.
