The former Minister of Women Affairs, Barrister Uju Kennedy Ohanenye has expressed gratitude to President Bola Tinubu for giving her the opportunity to serve the nation.
Taking to her X handle on Thursday, she said “It has been an honor and a privilege to contribute to the development of our Nation.”
She also extended heartfelt thanks to Senator Oluremi Tinubu, the First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, for her invaluable guidance and support during her tenure as Minister of Women Affairs.
According to her, the First Lady’s kindness and encouragement have been instrumental to her success.
The former Minister noted she is grateful to the people of Nigeria for their unwavering support whose trust and confidence in her have been a constant source of inspiration.
Barrister Ohanenye said she remained committed to serving her country and will continue to do her utmost to contribute to its progress and prosperity.
Barrister Ohanenye was among five ministers relieved of their oppointments in a cabinet rejig announced on Wednesday.
