Governor Mohammad promises support, collaborate with Zone 12 AIG Owohunwa to ensure sustainable peace in Bauchi

Bauchi State Governor Senator Bala Mohammed has re-assured of his administration’s determination to continue supporting and collaborating with all security apparatus in the state to ensure sustainable peace, harmony and development in the whole North East region.

The Governor gave the assurance as he received the newly posted Assistant Inspector General of police in charge of zone 12 AIG Idowu Owohunwa at Government House Bauchi.

He appreciated the Nigerian Police and all other security agents in the state for their commitment, hard work and support which made it possible for all citizens to sleep with two eyes closed and assured that as a responsible government he would continue to partner them to maintain the tempo.

Earlier in his remark, the newly posted Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIG) Idowu Owohunwa informed the Governor that he was at the Government House to formally introduce himself and to solicit his support in the discharge of his responsibility not only in Bauchi but the entire states under his area of coverage.

The AIG commended Governor Bala Mohammed for his untiring support to the Nigerian Police and other security agents in the state.

He assured and pledge to reciprocate the gesture by supporting and working in harmony with all sister security apparatus in the state to get rid of bad eggs to the expectation of the government and good people of Bauchi State and the Zone 12 as a whole.
