Governor Radda greets citizens on Katsina 37th anniversary, harps on building brighter future

The Governor of Katsina State, His Excellency, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda has relayed warm congratulations to all indigenes and residents of the state in commemorating 37th years since creation of Katsina.
In his congratulatory message, Governor Radda stated that “I am filled with pride at the remarkable progress we have made since September 23, 1987. From the visionary leadership of our founding fathers to the collective efforts of our hardworking citizens, Katsina State has grown into a full fledge cultural richness, and economic potential in Northern Nigeria.
“Our state has weathered numerous challenges, emerging stronger and more united. The resilience of our people, coupled with their uncommon commitment to peace and development, has been the driving force behind our achievements in security, education, agriculture, healthcare, and infrastructure,” Governor Radda stressed.
Looking ahead, the Governor charged indigenes and residents of the State to be determined in their pursuits, saying, “My administration remains committed to building on the solid foundation laid by our predecessors. Our focus is on sustainable development, youth empowerment, technological advancement, and creating an enabling environment for businesses to thrive.
“I call upon all sons and daughters of Katsina State, both at home and in the diaspora, to join hands in our collective efforts to elevate our state to greater heights. Let us harness our diversity as a strength, fostering unity and cooperation across all segments of our society,” he added.
“As we mark this 37th anniversary, let us rededicate ourselves to the ideals of progress, peace, and prosperity. Together, we can build a Katsina State that’s not only meets the needs of the present but also secures a bright future for generations to come,” Governor Radda noted.
“May Allah continue to bless Katsina State and the Federal Republic of Nigeria,” the Governor concluded.
