The wife of Anambra State Governor, Chief (Mrs) Ebelechukwu Obiano has reassured the people that she remained unflinching in her drive towards putting lasting smiles on the faces of the needy in the state.
She gave the assurance during her trips to Idemili North and South local governments.
Addressing a large crowd at each of the councils’ headquarters, she maintained that her dreams for the state were predicated on equipping the people with the necessary tools for self-development and sustainable future.
She urged them to continue praying for leadership enrichment of the present administration and the success of the state, assuring that the government will not relent in taking the state to an enviable position.
Earlier in their opening speeches, the Transition Committee Chairman for Idemili North Council Area, Barrister Ralph Nnabuife, and his Idemili South counterpart, Chief Don Unachukwu, credited the governor’s wife’s kind-heartedness to her humane attributes and the desire to see people successful.
Also at the event was an Imo State gubernatorial aspirant in the forthcoming 2019 elections under the All Progressives Grand Alliance, (APGA), Prince Daniel Kalu, who said the benevolent traits of the APGA government provided a solid platform for him and a credible sign of good governance for the Imo people.
