Jukun Wanu loses National President, Dr. Abada

The Jukun Wanu Nation has been devasted with the sudden death of the National President of National Association of Jukun Wanu (NAJUWA), Dr. Atubase Abada.
Dr. Abada died on Sunday, March 21, 2021 after a brief illness. He was said to be presiding over a stakeholder meeting at Baaisa in Taraba State on Saturday, March 20, 2021 when he developed some health challenges and was returned to Jalingo on Sunday, March 21, 2021 but died on arrival the Taraba State capital.
Until his death he was the Head of Department of Mathematics, Taraba State University, Jalingo. He once lectured at Birgham University, Auta Balefi, in Karu Local Government Area of Nasarawa State.
A graduate of Mathematics from the University of Maiduguri, he earned a Master of Mathematics from the University of Jos and a PhD in the same field from the University of Agriculture, Makurdi, Benue State.
Dr. Abada was unanimously elected the National President of NAJUWA on December 27, 2020 at Abinsi, Benue State.
Apex News Exclusive gathered that the remains of Dr. Abada will be conveyed from Jalingo to Abinsi on Thursday, March 25, 2021 for burial same day.
