Katsina Governor Radda appreciates President Tinubu for appointing Tanimu as DG Budget Office

The Governor of Katsina State, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda has applauded the appointment of Katsina-born economist Dr. Tanimu Yakubu as the Director General of the Budget Office of the Federation by President Bola Tinubu.
In a congratulatory message to the newly appointed DG of the Budget Office, Governor Radda noted, “This prestigious appointment is a testament to Mr. Yakubu’s exceptional credentials and vast experience in fiscal responsibility and economic development. He is indeed eminently qualified to lead the Budget Office of the Federation, and I am sure he will take the office to greater heights.”

Prior to this national assignment, Yakubu served as Chairman of the Katsina State Development Management Board (KSDMB), a new agency established by Governor Radda to spearhead rapid state development.
As its pioneer chairman, Yakubu demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and commitment to sustainable state development.
“I have utmost confidence in Tanimu Yakubu’s ability to bring his extensive experience to bear in this new national role, and I wish him resounding success,” Governor Radda stressed.
“On behalf of the government and people of Katsina State, I extend profound gratitude to His Excellency President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his discerning decision in appointing an experienced and capable son of Katsina State to this crucial position within his cabinet. This appointment not only recognizes Mr. Yakubu’s exceptional qualifications and pedigree but also honors the rich talent pool that Katsina State has to offer,” Governor Radda emphasized.
As Dr. Yakubu assumes his new responsibilities, the people of Katsina State offer their support and fervent prayers for his success.
