Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda has extended his warm congratulations to the newly appointed Executive Director Finance and Administration of the Sokoto Rima River Basin Development Authority (SRRBDA), Alhaji Ibrahim Abubakar Dutsin-ma.
The congratulations and warm wishes came in when Alhaji Abubakar presented his Appointment Letter to the Governor at Katsina House in Abuja, Saturday.
