Late former Eaglet, Sam Kuchili to be buried Saturday

The remains of former Golden Eaglets player, Samuel Ashen Ayiki Kuchili, will be buried Saturday at the family compound in Katakayinye, Bassa Local Government Area of Plateau State.
According to a funeral programme on the Facebook timeline of his brother Victor Kuchili, the burial will take place after a funeral service at ECWA Church, Gigiring, Jos.
Friday, a wake will take place at Victor’s residence at 6th Avenue, Federal Low-Cost Housing Estate, Miango Road beginning from 4pm.
Kuchili who died on Monday after an illness, was a member of the Fanny Amun National Under-17 Golden Eaglets of 1997.
The dark-complexioned diminutive midfielder played for Plateau United FC and had stinks with Adamawa United and Wikki Tourists of Bauchi.
He was the Technical Consultant of Mighty Jets Football Club of Jos. In a condolence, the chairman of the club, Chief Alex Wukari described Kuchili’s death as a rude shock.
