Mrs. Obiano hails Anambra New Year baby Kamsi

The wife of Anambra State Governor, Dr. (Mrs.) Ebelechukwu Obiano has described the first Baby of year 2019, Baby Kamsi Eselu delivered at 24 minutes past 12midnight at Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu Teaching Hospital Awka as a precious gift to Ndi Anambra and Nigeria.
Mrs. Obiano who was represented by the Commissioner for Women and Children Affairs, Lady Ndidi Mezue stated this during her visit to welcome the new born at the hospital in Awka.
She prayed for the health of the new born Kamsi, noting that he is a gift to Ndi Anambra and Nigerians and will grow from strength to strength.
Mrs. Dr. Obiano also congratulated mother of the baby, Mrs. Obiageli Eselu whom she described as Mother-of-the-Year for safe delivery as well as the management and staff of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu Teaching Hospital for job well done and for taking good care of the nursing mothers.
Confirming the delivery time of the Baby of the Year, Head of Nursing at the Hospital, Mrs. Felicia Ezeani said that the baby arrived at 12.24am weighing 3.2kg.
She also thanked the Governor Wife for remembering the hospital and their patients early in the New Year with various gift items.
Mother of the baby, Mrs. Obiageli Eselu, thanked the wife of the Governor for visiting and donating to the upkeep of her new baby and disclosed that the baby is her first child.
While expressing gratitude to God for giving her the grace of the recognition and the privilege to be so recognized by the wife of the Governor noting that she has heard about all the Governor’s wife is doing and had seen what her husband is also doing for the people of Anambra and how she is supporting his efforts praying that God will continue to bless and replenish their pockets.
