Nasarawa outgoing Information Commissioner advises staff to sustain dedication to duty

The outgoing Nasarawa State Commissioner for Information, Culture and Tourism, Mr Ibrahim Angbolo has advised the members of the staff of the ministry to sustain dedication to duty and cooperation to move the ministry forward.
Mr Angbolo gave the advice during his valedictory and handover speech at the Ministry on Monday in Lafia.
It will be recalled that that Gov Abdullahi Sule had on Friday, last week announced the dissolution of the Nasarawa state executive council and the sacked of the Secretary to the state Government.
He thanked the Permanent Secretary, Mr Yusuf Musa, directors and members of the staff of the ministry for their unwavering support and cooperation given to him while serving as commissioner.
The outgoing Commissioner urged the Ministry to extend the same support and cooperation he had enjoyed to whoever would be sent to the Ministry as a new commissioner.
”I am deeply expressing my gratitude for your unwavering support throughout my period of service, your collaboration, expertise and dedication are instrumental to our collective success.
”As I bid you farewell, I wish you all the best,” he added.
Angbolo expressed his heartfelt appreciation to Gov Abdullahi Sule and the government of Nasarawa State for finding him to be appointed to serve the state.
”I want to express heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to Gov Abdullahi Sule for finding me worthy to serve as commissioner in his government”, he said.
In a remark, Mr Yusuf Musa, Permanent Secretary Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism, thanked the outgoing commissioner for instilling a good working relationship in the ministry.
Mr Mohammed Danmusa, Director of Information, and other directors in the Ministry showered encomium on the outgoing Commissioner, noting that his dedication to work, openness and humility would be hugely missed in the ministry.
On his part, Mr Labaran Mohammed, Director, Government Printer, eulogised the good work of the outgoing Commissioner, particularly for being instrumental in equipping the Government Printing Press with modern machines, and wished him success in his future endeavours
