Outgoing Bauchi Government House Permanent Secretary urges successor to support government policies, programmes

The newly posted Permanent Secretary Bauchi State Government House Alhaji Yakubu Jibrin Abdullahi, has assumed office with a call on him to support all the policies and programmes of Governor Bala Mohammed-led administration.

He replaced Alhaji Jibrin Mohammed Panti who was redeployed to the State Ministry of Budget, Economic Planning and Multilateral Coordination.

Presenting the handing over note to the new Permanent Secretary, Alhaji Panti, charged him to use his wealth of experience in handling the affairs of the new office to enable him succeed.

Panti who also advised him on the need for hard work and dedication, called on staff from different units to extend the support given him to his successor.

Abdullahi appreciated Governor Bala Mohammed for giving him the opportunity to work directly under him and assured to justify the confidence reposed in him.

He however, solicited for similar support and cooperation accorded to his predecessor.
