The sudden demise of Mallam Adamu Gagdi, father of Yusuf Gagdi, Member representing Pankshin/Kanke/Kanam Federal Constituency of Plateau State early Thursday July 16, 2020 has been described as painful.
Stating this in a press release, the Plateau Our Heritage, (POH), said the deceased didn’t only made the state proud, but Nigeria as a whole based on the people he raised and are making positive impact in the country.
The release signed by Hon. Alex Kwapnoe and Hon. Pam Ayuba Dangwong; Chairman and convener respectively, was full of commendation to the deceased, a renowned and respectable Islamic scholar who was the Imam of a mosque in Gum-Gagdi, his village.
“Baba has contributed immensely to humanity and the society as a spiritual Leader and will be greatly missed. May God give you the fortitude to bear this irreparable Loss and may Baba gentle Soul rest in peace”, it said.
Yusuf Gagdi who is also the Chairman, House of Representatives Committee on Navy has been adjudged a testimony to the Plateau heritage, where he has contributed immensely to all matters concerning the state at the national assembly.
