Wikki Tourists FC Bauchi was on Sunday held to 0-0 draw by Rangers International of Enugu on match day eleven of the Nigeria Professional Football League Season, npfl21/22 played at the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Stadium Bauchi.
Both teams who came to the match after loosing their last game started well from the blast of whistle as in the opening minutes the home team mounted pressure on the visitors searching for an early lead but the flying antelopes managed to contain the pressure frustrating the efforts of the tourists where the Rangers goalkeeper gave a good account of himself by making some excellent saves till the half time period.
Soon after resumption into the second half some changes were made by WIkki Tourists making the game more tactical and explosive.
The tactical changes could not yield result as few scoring chances were again missed by the Kabiru Dogo tutored side as the time was running out.
The 5minutes extra time added could not produce a goal for either side as the game ended that way with Rangers having an away point while Wikki Tourists drop two points at home.
WIkki Tourists is now 8 position on the league log with 16 points from ten matches and will now head to Porthacourt for a week end cracker against Rivers United on match day 12 of the npfl 21/22.
