President Tinubu nicknames Alphonsus Eba ‘Chartered Orator’ as APC chairmen appoints him chief scribe

President Bola Tinubu has nicknamed the chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Cross River State as a ‘chartered orator’.

This followed his power of oratory and eloquence at a press briefing at the end of all APC state chairmen meeting with the president.

Chairman of Akwa Ibom State APC, Obong Stephen Ntukekpo confirmed that the body of APC chairmen has also appointed Eba as the Chief Scribe of their forum.

Ntuekpo said they have had no regret with his appointment. 

He said the president himself has felt elated with Eba’s power of oratory which reason he nicknamed him as Chartered Orator.

Obong Ntukekpo said,  “The President was happy with the way and confidence oratory delivery Eba spoke on behalf of his colleagues

“All our colleague chairmen including  the press men  at the Presidential villa who listened to his articulation and eloquence hailed his appointment,” he said.

Last month, some individuals in his state demanded Eba’s  resignation,  alleging high handedness and financial impropriety.
