The Police in Nasarawa State have advised residents in the state to report suspicious activities and avoid provocative statements capable of causing crisis.
The Acting Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) for the Command, ASP. Ismaila Usman, gave the advice on Tuesday in a telephone interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Abuja.

“We are calling on members of the public to go about their normal businesses and avoid any provocative statement and report any suspicious moment to the nearest police station’’ he said.
The acting PPRO said that the command made significant progress in tackling the activities of cult members, particularly in Mararaba, Masaka and some parts of Lafia.
