Kano State Governor, Dr Ganduje
Governor Abdullahi Ganduje of Kano State has approved the payment of June salary to all workers of the state ahead of the Eid-el fitr celebration.
Ganduje disclosed this in a statement signed by the state Commissioner for Information, Malam Muhammad Garba and made available to newsmen in Kano.
The statement quoted the commissioner as saying that the early payment of the salaries is to enable civil servants and their families fully enjoy the festivities of the Eid-el-Fitr.
He also enjoined all banks to ensure that workers access their salaries with ease.
