Taraba Road Construction and Maintenance Agency, Army engineers set to commence works on 41 roads in Jalingo

Works on 41 roads in Jalingo and its environs will soon commence operation as Taraba Road Construction and Maintenance Agency (TARCMA) and Nigeria Army Engineers now awaits final approval by the State Government.
The managing director of the agency Engr Finlak Emmanauel who disclosed this in an interaction with our correspondents in Jalingo on Wednesday said the bill of engineering, measurement and evaluation has been prepared and submitted to the State Government through the ministry of works.
According to him, the affected road has been marked for action while final approval is expected from the state government any moment from now.
Engr. Finlak while reiterated state government commitment for quick intervention on the projects said the present administration is working round the clock to ensure that works on the project site commences as soon as the raining was over.
He appealed to residents of the affected areas to support the good intention as the government has put machinery in place to ensure that the project will not suffer delay during operation.
The managing director assured that by the time funds are released most challenges shall be surmounted and appreciated the state governor Dr. Agbu Kefas for his untiring effort to give Jalingo environs an access road network.
Meanwhile, among the 41 roads on the bill of evaluation expected to be executed include; Lasandi, Anguwan Kasa, Abuja Phase one, Owoniyi axis, TSBS area and Gindin mangoro respectively.
