Barrister Hassan Liman has said that he administration of the President-elect Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu will enhance judicial reform for smooth dispensation of Justice.
He made the statement in Abuja to celebrate the victory of the incoming president who won election under the banner of the All Progressives Congress, (APC).
Hassan Liman who is the Director Legal at the Presidential Campaign Council, (APC-PCC) in Abuja said, “The Manifesto of Tinubu and his running mate, Senator Kashim Shettima tagged: “Renewed Hope” contains that, Economic growth is better sustainable nor adequate without the rule of law.
“A well-functioning judicial system enables the country to regulate the economy prudently and impartially. When laws and legal institutions operate effectively and fairly, the end products are investment, jobs and creation of wealth.
“Tinubu’s Administration will ensure that the legal sector functions transparently and with due process.”
Barrister Liman stressed that the incoming administration will ensure judicial autonomy and Independence, discipline and decongest and digitalise trial courts.
