Top organizations to hold mega rally in support of Kebbi Governor Idris

Members of the Publicity Committee of a Group named “We Stand with Kaura” says at least 25 organisations have so far registered with it for a Mega Rally in support of Governor Nasir Idris of Kebbi State led administration, slated for the 19th of February, 2025.
While addressing newsmen in Birnin Kebbi, the Committee said, “We Stand with Kaura”, an almalgamation of different organisations across the state was under the chairmanship of Mohammed Bello Ka’oje, member, representing Bagudo/Suru federal constituency of Kebbi State.
Explaining further to journalists on the planned mega rally, Alhaji Abubakar Dallatun Kalgo, said they were expecting nothing less than 1,000 organisations and associations to key into the move, revealing that: “As at Saturday night, we have registered 25 organisations.
“You will all recall that prior to the 2023 General Elections: People of Kebbi State engaged in fervent prayers seeking Allah’s intervention to have an upright and riotous Leadership capable of promoting peaceful coexistence, accelerated economic progress and developmental attainments.
“Allah in his infinite mercy brought His Excellency, Comrade Dr Nasir Idris Kauran Gwandu as the elected Governor of Kebbi State and now barely two years after his formal inauguration, the state has recorded unprecedented levels of development in all the spheres of endeavors.
“We are all living witnesses to the developmental strides recorded by the Kauran Gwandu led administration in the provision of public infrastructure, educational upliftment, healthcare delivery, agricultural growth, social services, youth empowerment and creation of sustainable investments atmosphere in the state.”
Dallatun Kalgo said the essence of the mega rally was to appreciate and show solidarity to Kauran Gwandu led administration, appealing to the public to support the new group to enable it achieve the set goals and objectives.
Also contributing, another member of the committee, Umar Namashaya Diggi said with these glaringly encouraging statistics; the core opposition parties and groups were melting into the APC to key into the developmental agenda of Governor Nasir Idris led administration in the state.
