The Police in Sokoto State Friday pledged to thoroughly investigate motives leading to the alleged killing of a student of Usmanu Danfodio University Teaching Hospital (UDUTH) Sokoto, Abdullahi Abbati.
Speaking on behalf of the state Commissioner of Police, Mr Murtala Mani, the Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Cordelia Nwawe gave the assurance in an interview with newsmen.
Late Abbati was a 25- year-old student of Health Information and Management. His uncle, Abdulrashid Yusuf said that on Sunday 26th day of August 2018, at about 7am Abdullahi‘s lifeless body was found by the road side at Gwiwa Low Cost Housing in the Sokoto metropolis.
