Senator representing Plateau South Senatorial District and former Governor of Plateau State, His Excellency Simon Lalong, has congratulated the Plateau State Commissioner for Environment, Climate Change and Minerals Development, Hon. Joshua Ubandoma Laven, on the occasion of his birthday
Senator Lalong describes Hon. Ubandoma Laven as a committed public servant, dependable political ally and grassroots mobiliser whose contributions to the development of Plateau State and the Southern Zone remain noteworthy.
He recalls with fondness their working relationship during his administration as Governor of Plateau State, when Hon. Ubandoma served as Chairman of Langtang North Local Government Area under the Rescue Administration. He acknowledges his dedication to service, loyalty and commitment to the collective aspirations of the people.
The Senator says Hon. Ubandoma has continued to demonstrate capacity and dedication in his present responsibility as Commissioner, particularly in advancing environmental sustainability, climate change initiatives and the development of the state’s mineral resources.
While wishing him many more years of good health, wisdom and fulfilment, Senator Lalong prays that God will continue to strengthen him with the grace and courage to serve Plateau State and humanity.
He also wishes him greater accomplishments in the years ahead, expressing confidence that his experience and commitment will continue to contribute to the peace, unity and development of the state.
