Governor Darius Ishaku

A political group known as Movement for the Unity of the Southern Taraba has endorse the Governor of Taraba State Architech Darius Dickson Ishaku as sole senatorial candidate of the zone.
The group made the endorsement on Wednesday in Wukari during a press conference.
They equally endorse Senator Joel Danlami Ikenya as Governorship aspirant.
The spokeperson of the group, Panunga Bobga said the successes recorded by the Governor in the state is what moves them to call for his adoption as sole senatorial candidate.
According to them the peace being enjoyed in the southern Taraba was as a result of the commitment of the Governor hence the need for the people to support him.
The group which also endorsed Senator Joel Danlami Ikenya for Governor of Taraba State comes 2023, said he possessed the qualifications and experience to move the state to greater heights.
The group urged the residents of the state to go for credibility, and not clamouring for zoning.
They said Senator Joel Danlami Ikenya has proven to be a good leader through some of his projects he recorded in the areas of provision of educational facilities across the state.
They however called on other people in the state to joint force with them to move the state forward.
