2025 Hajj: Emir of Jama’are leads Bauchi pilgrims to Saudi Arabia, challenges officials, pilgrims to be good ambassadors

As Bauchi State intending pilgrims set to be airlifted to Saudi Arabia on Friday, the Bauchi State 2025, Amirul-Hajj and Emir of Jama’are, Alhaji Nuhu Muhammadu Wabi, has challenged Hajj Affairs Officers in the 20 Local Government Areas of the State to rededicate themselves by supporting the state government efforts to ensure hich free Hajj exercise.
The State Amirul – Hajj made the assertion during a meeting with the Hajj affairs officers of the LGAs, where he emphasized the importance of diligence and integrity in their dealings with pilgrims, warning against laxity or misconduct.
Alhaji Wabi praised Governor Bala Mohammed for his consistent support for pilgrims welfare and commended the State Pilgrims Welfare Board for their dedication and commitment towards ensuring a smooth Hajj operation.
In their separate remarks, the State Commissioner of Religious Affairs, Muhammad Binni Abdulkadir and the Executive Secretary of the State Pilgrims Welfare Board, Imam Abdurrahman Ibrahim Idris, assured that this year’s hajj operation will be better than last year despite numerous successes achieved, which motivated the state Government to improve on it preparation for the 2025 Hajj operation.
They reiterated commitment to justify the confidence repose on them by ensuring that the lessons learnt from the 2024 hajj operations that was hich-free is improved to give Bauchi pilgrims the best service delivery in the holy land with the usual support of the state Government.
Mallam Sani Korau, one of the Hajj Affairs Officers from Dass Local government who spoke on behalf of his colleagues, congratulated the 2025 Bauchi State Amirul Hajj, the Emir of Jama’are for his well deserved appointment and announced their total support,loyalty and commitment towards ensuring successful pilgrimage
