Thursday, January 1, 2026 marks the beginning of a new year in the Gregorian calendar and it is with good sense of gratifying and thanks to our creator for giving us this rare opportunity to be among the living.
As we cross over to another new year 2026, I have a strong conviction that the new year will bring good tidings,love and peace to all of us.
Crossing over means leaving one season and entering another with trust in God’s faithfulness, Storms may have tested our faith, What could not sink us in 2025 will not stop us in 2026.
This crossing is a transition into Renewed Hope , consolidation ,strength, peace and progress.
No doubt the year 2025 was a challenging one but we give thanks to God and our dear president for keeping up with the tasks.
We must remain more prayerful, for our leaders at levels to succeed as well as for the sustainable peace and prosperity of our country Nigeria.
Step into 2026 with confidence in God and the ability of the APC government led by our Amiable President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR to succeed in securing our future, more socio to economic development.
In the new year I will remain resolute and ever committed to discharging my responsibilities as UBEC Board Chairman for aggressive basic education reforms as well as ensuring the success of the renewed hope agenda beyond 2027.
I pray that God will give us the hearts to hold on to our beliefs in one Nigeria and fulfill every good purpose for us .
