Cross section of NCPC staff listen to the Executive Secretary, Rev. Yakubu Pam before the commencement of the promotion examination

The Nigeria Christian Pilgrim Commission, (NCPC) has conducted promotion examination for eligible staff across board, from Grade Level 04 to 14.
The promotion examination took place on Wednesday, 13, September, 2023 at the corporate headquarters of the Commission in Abuja.
This was contained in a statement by Celestine Toruka, Head, Media and Public Relations to Apex News Exclusive.
In his remarks, the Executive Secretary of the Commission, Rev. Dr. Yakubu Pam charged the staff on the need for collective efforts to build a strong and efficient work force.
He urged them to always think of the future of the Commission adding that their desires and dreams in life would be met if they remain focus and purpose driven.
He admonished them not to despise the days of little beginning.

According to him, “the days of little beginning, no one should take it for granted; if you are faithful in a little, God can enlarge it”.
Rev. Pam further posited that “greater things are hidden in small things”.
He reaffirmed that promotion examination of this type was a test of loyalty and commitment to the Commission and the society at large.
He reiterated that the Management would continue to ensure that motivation of staff remains non- negotiable. Thus he said, “it will be a thing of joy to see all of you promoted”.
He further advised them to shun examination fever and relax, because he was optimistic that they would all do well.
The promotion examinations comprised staff of the headquarters as well as staff from the Commission’s six zonal offices.
