WIkki Tourists FC, Bauchi players hosted to Sallah get together, urged to strengthen bond of relationship in team

Management Board of Bauchi State owned Wikki Tourists FC on Thursday, organized a reception for its players and other backroom staff to celebrate the eid-el-fitri Sallah.

Chairman of the Club, Auwal Gotel said that the reception was to appreciate the performance of the players so far in the nnl23/24 season.

He also said that it was in the spirit of the festive moment as well as to challenge them on the task ahead.

He reminded the players on the need to be more united and focused so as to achieve the desired goal of topping the table and eventually get promoted.

Auwal Gotel while emphasizing on the need to return to the NPFL charged the players and backroom staff to ensure victory in all the remaining matches of the season.

Technical Adviser of the Club, Azeez Audu and Team Captain, Idris Guda appreciated the gesture by the Management describing it as the first of its kind in the history of the Club.

The duo accepted the challenge thrown to them soliciting for more prayers and understanding.

The players, backroom and other staff wined and dined to their satisfaction.

Wikki Tourists FC will be in Maiduguri on Saturday, April 13, 2024 for the nnl23/24 Match Day 14 against Elkanemi Warriors FC.
