POHri applauds President Tinubu for appointing one of its own

The Plateau Our Heritage Revival Initiative (POHri) has applauded President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for finding one of it’s member, Chief Ayuba Gufwan worthy of appointment as the Executive Secretary, National Commission for People With Disabilities.

It’s Chairman of the prestigious group, Hon. Alex Kwapnoe in a congratulatory statement, described the Appointment a right step in the right direction considering the pedigree of Gufwan as a tasted administrator overtime.

The statement signed by the secretary, Friday Bako, the POHri Chairman noted that as a “borderless Philanthropist” the Appointee has been impacting the lives of many across the Nation irrespective of ethnic or religious inclinations adding the President has made a perfect choice of Gufwan.

Kwapnoe expressed optimism that the Appointee will justify the appointment with exceptional performance, to transform the Commission and take it to enviable heights and admonished “Chief Ayuba Gufwan to be a good Ambassador and serve diligently and meticulously”

Mr. Gufwan is among the seven persons appointed to head several federal government agencies as announced by Ajuri Ngelale, Special Adviser to the President on media and Publicity.

A holder of an LLB Hons, Gufwan is also the executive director of the Beautiful Gate Handicapped People Centre, Jos, Plateau state and was before now, a onetime Chairmanship candidate for Mangu LGA in Plateau State.
