Ekiti State University appreciates NELFUND’s N549.1m disbursement to 2553 students

The Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti, has acknowledged the receipt of N549,199,000 million for the first batch of 2553 students from the Nigeria Education Loan Fund.

This was contained in a “Letter of Appreciation” by the Vice Chancellor, Professor J.D. Ayodele dated 15, January, 2025, addressed to the MD/CEO of NELFUND.

The Vice Chancellor appreciated the Commander-in-Chief, the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the gesture and the entire Board and Management of Nigeria Education Loan Fund for the magnanimity and relief brought to the students.

He also specifically appreciated the quick and timely response of the NELFUND to all enquiries raised not only by EKSU, but by all the institutions in Nigeria.

The Vice Chancellor described the response as highly unprecedented which showed that there is a great hope for the Nigerian youths and the country at large.
