Governor Ahmadu Fintiri of Adamawa State has expressed commitment to developing projects focusing on meaningful job opportunities before the end of his administration.

The Governor made the pledge while on an inspection to the ongoing projects across the Yola metropolis.

Governor Fintiri commenced the inspection at the new stadium which is about 95 percent completion, noting that the initial deadline was missed due to an expansion in the project’s scope.

He therefore emphasized that, “my administration remains focused on securing a brighter future for the youth through sustainable infrastructure and job-creating initiatives.”

The contractor handling the reconstruction of the stadium and upgrading, assured that the work is progressing steadily, promising a world-class facility built to last.

The inspection included a visit of some land plots, guided by the Commissioner for Lands and Survey, for further development assessment.

While at the Jimeta Ultra-modern Shopping Complex, the Governor expressed satisfaction with both the pace and quality of construction work going on during the visit.
