Senator representing Plateau South Senatorial District and former Governor of Plateau State Simon Lalong has congratulated his friend Rt. Hon. Rotimi Amaechi, former Minister of Transport as his son Chikamkpa got married to his heartthrob Anita in Abuja.
The wedding mass held at the Catholic Secretariat Abuja was attended by dignitaries from far and near.
Senator Lalong rejoiced with his friend and associate on this special occasion as his first son takes a wife.
He admonished the couple to love and cherish one another as well as embrace the bible which is the manual for marriage.
Lalong prayed for the new family and also advised them to learn from their parents by being patient, tolerant and forgiving as they grow to know each other more closely.
The officiating Priest also called on the couple to live with the fear of God and do everything possible to sustain Godly virtues which can help them withstand issues that threaten marriages today.
Catholic Archbishop of Abuja Most Revd. Ignatius Ayau Kaigama blessed the couple and wished them a happy married life.
