A former Governor of Anambra State, Chief Willie Obiano, has reportedly died in London.
He was born on 8th August, 1955, at Aguleri.
He was said to have died after battling “severe heart failure and complications related to urinary cancer.”
According to a senior family source, “His health had been declining in the past months, but the final collapse came suddenly. We are devastated.”
Obiano served as Governor of Anambra State between March 2014 and March 2022.
