Senator Lalong congratulates Senator Daduut, Dr. Gambo on their nomination as ambassadors-designate

Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Plateau State and Senator representing Plateau South Senatorial District, Simon Lalong, has congratulated Senator Prof. Nora Daduut and Alhaji Dr. Yakubu Gambo on their nomination as Ambassadors-designate by President Bola Tinubu.

Senator Lalong described their nomination as a recognition of their past records of service rooted in competence, loyalty, and long-standing commitment to national development and service.

He noted that by the nomination from the President, both nominees habe been deemed to posses the character, capacity, and patriotism in their various roles, making them fitting representatives of Nigeria on the global stage.

Senator Lalong expressed appreciation to President Tinubu for once again finding credible sons and daughters of Plateau worthy of national service, saying the gesture further strengthens the confidence of the people in the Renewed Hope Agenda.

Lalong urged the nominees to see their nomination as a recognition for the entire APC in Plateau State and an opportunity to do their best in building the fortunes of the party in the State and nation at large.

He also called on them to sustain the values of integrity, hard work, and excellence as they prepare to take up their ambassadorial responsibilities, assuring them of his support and prayers for a successful tenure.

The Senator wished them a successful screening at the Senate and God’s guidance as they embark on this important national assignment.
