Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, Tuesday arrived in Kano State ahead of the official commissioning of the Kano State Neighbourhood Watch Corps (KSNWC) by the Kano State Governor, His Excellency Engr. Abba Kabir Yusuf.

Governor Radda is widely recognised as the first governor in the North-West to introduce a Community Security Watch Corps in Katsina State, an initiative that has since been emulated by several neighbouring states.

Following his arrival, Governor Radda was warmly received by the Kano State Governor, Engr. Abba Kabir Yusuf, alongside top Kano State government officials.

The event will witness the commissioning of 2,000 Kano State Neighbourhood Watch Guards, a major milestone aimed at strengthening grassroots security, enhancing community policing, and supporting conventional security agencies across Kano State.
