NCDC MD saddened by passing of Miskoom Thomas Kangnaan

The Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the North Central Development Commission (NCDC), Dr. Cyril Yiltsen Tsenyil, FCNA, has expressed deep sorrow over the demise of respected elserstatesman, Miskoom Thomas Kangnaan.

Dr. Tsenyil describes the late Miskoom Kangnaan as a man of wisdom, integrity, and dignity whose life embodied service to humanity and dedication to community development.

He notes that the deceased played a vital role in promoting unity, peace and progress across Gamailand, Plateau State and the nation while mentoring generations of leaders.

The NCDC Managing Director acknowledges that Miskoom Kangnaan’s counsel, calm disposition, and commitment to propress which made him a rallying point in times of communal and social challenges.

He states that the elder statesman consistently championed dialogue, mutual respect, and collective progress, values that remain critical to sustainable development in the North Central region.

Dr. Tsenyil further emphasizes that the late patriarch’s contributions to grassroots affirms that his legacy of selfless service will continue to inspire ongoing efforts toward inclusive growth and harmony within communities.
On behalf of the Board, Management, and Staff of the North Central Development Commission, Dr. Tsenyil extends heartfelt condolences to the immediate family of the deceased.

He prays for strength and comfort for the family and urges the community to uphold the enduring values that Miskoom Kangnaan represented.
