Five Police Commissioners and 7,480 other police officers will ensure security in Saturday’s governorship and house of assembly election in Benue State.
A Deputy Inspector-General of Police, (DIG) Godwin Nwobodo disclosed this at a news conference in Makurdi.
According to him, eleven local government areas including Guma, Okpokpwu, Logo, Gwer West, Gwer East, Ukum, Agatu among others as places will have senior officers in charge.
