Gombe State Government has said arrangement has been concluded to distribute third phase of COVID-19 palliative to beneficiaries.
The Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) and Commissioner of Special Duties in the state, Mela Audu Nunghe stated this in an interview with our correspondent on Wednesday.
He said the the third phase of distribution of the palliative will commence soon.
According to him, the distribution exercise will targeted vulnerable and widows which will go along way in assisting them as part of their livelihood.
The present administration deemed it to ensure that these palliative reach the door step of the needy.
He explained that the first and second phase of distribution of the palliative was successful and that the distribution of the commodity will continue until the virus is eliminated.
He appealed to citizens to be patient as government are doing it best to see that the palliative are distributed across the state.
Nunghe (SAN) while emphasizing the effort of the present administration said governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya has been working tirelessly to ensure that people of the state benefit from the federal government intervention.
