Late Professor Ibrahim

A Professor of Hadith in the Department of Islamic Studies, Usman Danfodiyo University Sokoto (UDUS), Yakubu Yahaya Ibrahim is dead.
He died Monday in Sokoto after a protracted illness.
Late Prof Ibrahim was a visiting lecturer at Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria, Bayero University, Kano (BUK) and Kaduna State University (KASU).
A family source told Apex News Exclusive that late Professor Ibrahim attended Bayero University, Kano and has been a lecturer in Islamic studies at UDUS for over 30 years.
He had two daughters and a wife he married last year after his first wife died two and half years ago.
He was a native of Shira Local Government Area of Bauchi State.
