The Conference of Speakers of State Legislatures of Nigeria will hold its 2021 first quarter general meeting in Bauchi on Saturday 27, March, 2021.
The Chairman of the Conference who is also the Speaker of the Bauchi State House of Assembly Rt. Hon. Abubakar Y. Suleiman announced that the 36 State Speakers of the country and their entourage will attend the meeting.
According to him, the general meeting will deliberate on various issues of national interest in order to find solutions to many problems facing the country and chart uniform strategies for many developmental initiatives for their various constituencies across the Country.
The Chairman of the Conference will also lead the Speakers on visitations to the Governor of Bauchi State, Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammad, Emir of Bauchi, Alhaji (Dr) Rilwanu Suleiman Adamu and inspection sites of some selected ongoing and completed projects being executed by the Bauchi State Government.
