Emir of Jama’a, Alhaji Muhammadu Isa Muhammadu
Kaduna State Deputy Governor, Dr Hadiza Sabuwa Balarabe says meaningful development will elude any human society that is bedeviled by crises.
Dr Balarabe stated this in a message to the breaking of fast organized by the Emir of Jama’a, Alhaji Muhammadu Isa Muhammadu attended by Muslims and Christians at his palace in Kafanchan.
Represented by Alhaji Abubakar Sadiq Hassan of the Kaduna State Emergency Management Agency, (SEMA), the Deputy Governor showered accolades on the Emir for his peaceful disposition and exemplary conduct which she said should be emulated by all.
While appreciating the Emir for providing an avenue that will enhance peaceful coexistence in the area, Dr Balarabe called on both Muslims and Christians to consolidate on the gesture by living in peace.
On his part, the member representing Jema’a Constituency in the Kaduna State House of Assembly, Mr Ali Kalat who described the event as a welcome development said it should be maintained to foster peace.
Similarly, the Chairman Jema’a Local Government Council, Mr Peter Danjuma Averik thanked the Emir for the initiative and called on all to be loyal to all constituted authority for meaningful development.
Earlier, the Emir, Alhaji Muhammadu Isa Muhammadu II who thanked God for the prevailing peace in the area prayed that it will endure.
The Royal father appreciated the support accorded the event and also thanked the Kaduna State and Jema’a Local Governments for what he described as life touching projects.
The event, intended to promote peaceful coexistence was well attended by people from all walks of life.
