In his khutubah before the prayers, the Chief Imam of Bauchi Central Mosque, Bala Ahmad Baban Inna challenged Nigerians to intensify prayers for the country in order to overcome the numerous challenges particularly insecurity, banditry, kidnappings, insurgency rather than looking for foreign intervention.
The Chief Imam added that the government must wake up to the situation because according to him the current situation in the country needs decisive action in order to restore the hope and confidence of Nigerians.
