Balarabe Yusuf Douglas, Wikki Tourists FC Chairman

Chairman of Bauchi State-owned premier league team, Wikki Tourists FC, Alhaji Balarabe Yusuf Douglas has vowed to produce a strong team for the 2021/22 Nigeria Professional Football League Season.
Speaking to the Club’s Media Unit, the Chairman said that the Management is doing everything possible to ensure that only good players were recruited to execute the programme for the season
He assured that, “We want to avoid the mistake of last season where we recruited players that almost took us to relegation.
“We all saw how we ended the league last season and we have learnt our lessons and Insha Allah that mistake will not be repeated” , Douglas added.
He expressed appreciation to the teeming Supporters of the club and other stakeholders who stood by the team during it’s trying moment last season and solicit for more support and prayers in the coming season.
WIkki Tourists FC camp will reopen on Sunday 29th August 2021 for the 2021/22 NPFL Season preparations after the 17 days break and newly invited players are expected to start arriving from Monday 30th August 2021 for negotiations.
